EatItalian.com was conceived by chef and restaurateur - Alan Watts.  Alan began his career in the music industry as a record producer, but always longed to pursue his true passion: FOOD.  Now, after 20 years of owning and operating several restaurants and spending a great amount of time traveling throughout Italy furthering his love of Italian cuisine and culture, the dream has finally become reality. The first online community dedicated to Italian cuisine is born!
