“Il Peraccio” meaning “the bad pear,”is an unfiltered extra-virgin olive oil made in Toscana with 100% Frantoio olives, a varietal native to the region. Because it’s so pure, meaning unfiltered and unadulterated, Il Peraccio has an amazingly dense texture and a yellowish green color. We love its intense fruitiness, slight bitterness, and heavy peppery finish that hits the back of the throat. This is not a cooking oil.
