Jason and Ashley Bartner are American expats living the dream in the Marche countryside and own an Agriturismo (organic farm, inn) and Cooking School. From the hustle-bustle of life in NYC to organic farmers & inn keepers our life took a 360! We grow our own food, cure meats, forage for wild edibles and even brew homemade liquors all in the traditional Italian way.. Sharing local, seasonal Italian recipes from the farm to the table. What better way to know a culture but through its food! Jason is a professional Chef and Instructor with years of experience as an Executive Chef in New York City. Ashley is a host-extraordinaire and writer for Italia! Magazine.
