Jeff Albucher
Montone,
Jeff Albucher currently finds a life balance by splitting his time between New York City and a medieval hilltop village in Umbria. After college, he worked in the apparel industry, and for 20 years ran his own firm Design Liaison, a private label knitwear management company based in New York with offices in Hong Kong. Soon after retiring from the apparel industry, he and his wife Jude turned to their shared passion of food, wine and Italy. They opened their restaurant Erba Luna in Montone, Italy, helped develop and are investors in Torre Moravola, and created Aroma Cucina which offers private chef services, cooking classes, as well as their popular food blog. Their latest project is the recent release of “Cooking Simply: The Italian Way”, a multi platform cookvook offering inspiring instructional videos of regional Italian recipes shot in Italy. Simple, high quality meals that is the heart and soul of Aroma Cucina’s slow food philosophy. It is currently available at Vook.com , at Apple in the iTunes and iBook stores, and as an eBook as well. They are now working on the second in the series.

Fish, Flowers, & the Art of Frying: AROMA CUCINA http://bit.ly/NhoQCq A guiltless ode to fried food porn. Here's how to do it right, preferably with a cold, crisp, flinty white wine. Mangia bene!
