Quick and simple baked chicken parmigiana.

(skinless, boneless, thin sliced)

Tomato Sauce

Mozzarella Cheese
(shreaded)

Cup
Parmesan Cheese
(grated)

Directions

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a large baking sheet.
  2. 2. Pour egg into a small shallow bowl. Place bread crumbs in a separate shallow bowl. Dip chicken into egg, then into the bread crumbs.
  3. 3. Place coated chicken on the prepared baking sheet and bake until internal temperature of chicken is 145 degrees F.
  4. 4. Pour half of the tomato sauce into a large baking dish.
  5. 5. Place chicken over the sauce, and cover with remaining sauce. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses on top and return to oven for 20 minutes.
